What does Nicole Kidman need?
According to Jeanette Castelli, "Nicole Kidman needs to allow herself to feel her emotions. All her emotions. I feel Nicole only allows herself to feel certain emotions; the pain, sadness and disappointment are emotions that she rather avoids."
"However, there is a tremendous growth and richness when we allow ourselves to feel it all. We don't need to be afraid of our feelings and emotions; they are fuel for growth, acceptance and self-empowerment.
